1. Introduction

Welcome to Aegis Firearms, Training, and Gunsmithing LLC (“Aegis Firearms,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing our website, making a purchase, using our services, or participating in training or range activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website, purchase our products, or participate in our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, or related ammunition.
• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, receivers, frames, NFA/Class III items, or handgun ammunition.
• By purchasing from Aegis Firearms, you represent and warrant that you are not a prohibited person under federal, state, or local law.
• You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms, ammunition, and accessories in your jurisdiction.

3. Firearms Sales and Transfers

• All firearms are sold in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer.
• Customers must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at the FFL prior to taking possession.
• Straw purchases are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the ATF.
• If a purchaser fails a background check, the order will be canceled and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
• Aegis Firearms reserves the right to refuse any sale or transfer at its sole discretion.

4. Ammunition and Accessory Sales

• Ammunition is sold only where legally permitted.
• Proof of age may be required for ammunition purchases.
• Orders from restricted areas will be canceled.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure legal compliance before ordering.

5. Custom Builds, Gunsmithing, and Training Services

• All work is done in compliance with applicable law.
• Customers must ensure requested modifications are legal in their jurisdiction.
• Service deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
• Training services require a signed waiver of liability.

6. Range Use and Training Regulations

• All participants must sign a waiver and follow safety rules and Range Officer instructions.
• Unsafe behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow rules will result in removal without refund.
• Prohibited persons may not use the range or participate in training.
• Eye and ear protection are mandatory at all times.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other indicated payment methods.
• All firearm, ammunition, and serialized item sales are final and non-refundable.
• Accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging (15% restocking fee).
• Training classes canceled by Aegis Firearms may be rescheduled or credited.

8. Shipping Policy

• Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers.
• Customers must provide FFL information within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once processed.
• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or legal restrictions.

9. Privacy and Data Security

• We collect and store customer data for business and legal purposes only.
• We do not sell or disclose customer data except as required by law.
• We may share information with law enforcement or the ATF when required.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous. You assume all risk by purchasing or using them.
• Aegis Firearms is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss due to misuse or unlawful use.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.

11. Compliance with Law

• All transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Illegal orders will be canceled.
• Customers are responsible for legal compliance in their area.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable U.S. federal laws.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Livingston Parish, Louisiana.
